Our delivery days are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No deliveries are made on Sundays, Mondays or Wednesdays unless specifically advertised or agreed before an order is placed.
Local bouquet deliveries are charged at £5.95 per order.
For next-working-day bouquet delivery, please place your order by 3pm. Same-day delivery is not available unless pre-arranged; please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate your request.
We cannot deliver at specified times. Our normal delivery times are between 8am - 6pm. If a recipient is not going to be at home during these times, then please provide a safe place via the 'Special delivery instructions' option during checkout.

Home fragrance delivery information
If home fragrances are ordered separately from a flower bouquet, these items will be delivered via Royal Mail within 2 working days where possible. Please ensure 'Home Fragrance Standard Shipping' is selected during checkout.
